11/10/2023 0 Comments Joker actor in batmanThese are the live-action movies in which Joker appears:Īre movies featuring Joker connected? Do you need to watch them in a specific order? Only one actor played the character in two movies, and only one of them played the Joker in the titular role. Six different actors have played the Joker in seven live-action movies this character has appeared in so far. Some of these actors played the Joker, who was the movie’s main villain, and some only had minor roles in the movies they appeared in.īatman and The Joker: The Man Who Laughs (Greatest Stories Ever Told) Movies featuring Joker in order (at a glance) But if we look only at the live-action movies, Joker has appeared in seven movies, played by six different actors. Apart from comic books, this iconic duo encountered each other numerous times in live-action movies, TV shows, animated projects, video games, etc. In almost every medium in which Batman has appeared, Joker followed him as the shadow. How many movies featuring Joker are there? Again, we’ll stick only to live-action movies. Since then, quite a few actors have played this legendary villain in live-action movies, so today, we’ll list all of them and in which movies each of them appeared. Romero was the first actor to play this character, but today we think everything started with Jack Nicholson, who played Jack Napier/the Joker in Tim Burton’s Batman. ![]() Older generations probably remember legendary Cesar Romero, who played the Joker in the Batman television series from the ’60s. ![]() Because when you play such an iconic character, you can be sure that you will either receive widespread acclaim or huge criticism. Playing the Joker on the big screen has become an honor for actors. 11/10/2023 0 Comments Leash aggression![]() The dog is initially brought close to, but not within, the distance at which it previously acted aggressively. ![]() It may also be necessary to stage the situation using the help of other dog owners. "Gradual" is the key: expect this part of the process to take a few weeks at the least. Once the dog is performing these basics nine out of ten times it is asked then it can be gradually reintroduced to situations where it previously behaved aggressively. (You can find head halter training instructions at and. If you will be using a head halter the dog must be trained to wear that as well. For detailed instructions refer to our YVCipedia articles TRAINING BASIC COMMANDS, STRUCTURED INTERACTIVE TRAINING (SIT) and TEACHING WATCH. Training begins with teaching the dog the basics come, sit, down, and watch. Training should be by positive reinforcement only punishment evokes fear, and can only make the problem worse. TRAINING Only when the dog's leash environment is under the owner's control should training to correct the problem begin. It would be very easy for an off-leash leash-aggressive dog to end up in another situation where it becomes aggressive. Removing the leash might relieve one of these types of aggression, but not all of them. Remember, leash aggression is a mixture of territorial, protective, resource-guarding, and possibly fearful aggression. Simply leaving the dog off leash is definitely not a safe or acceptable way of managing leash aggression. ![]() ![]() Some owners notice that their dog appears to be non-aggressive off leash. A leash-aggressive dog is more likely to behave badly if it is walked along with housemate dog(s) than if it is walked alone it is also very difficult to engage the dog in basic training when another dog is in close proximity. For example: A leash-aggressive dog might behave differently for different walkers the person for whom the dog is most-badly behaved should not be allowed to walk the dog until the dog has completed basic training. A head halter (Gentle Leader) is also a good idea. Do not use a retractable leash the leash should have a fixed length of 6 feet or less, and should have a handle that is easy to grip and hold securely. Another reason for maintaining a safe distance is to prevent such an owner from innocently bringing their dog too close to a leash aggressive dog.Īnother potentially valuable step in taking control of the environment is to use proper walking equipment. Many dog-owners walk their dogs with the hope that they will have the opportunity to interact with other dogs and people. Make a note of this distance and a list of all the dog's targets at the start of management and treatment. This distance will vary from dog to dog, and it is vital that the dog not be allowed inside this safe distance in order to prevent it from behaving aggressively. Some dogs can see the potential target and not become aroused as long as the target is a safe distance away. This might require changing the time of day and / or location of walks to avoid having the dog see potential targets. TAKING CONTROL OF THE ENVIRONMENT Each time a dog behaves aggressively on a leash it is powerfully reinforcing its own bad behavior, so the first and most essential step in solving the problem is to not place the dog in situations where it might behave this way. It also gives us the opportunity to decide on whether or not medication might play a role. This allows us to tailor the initial plan for the individual dog, and establishes a baseline for comparison as treatment progresses. While one type of aggression might be a larger part of leash aggression than another type for any individual dog, the management of leash aggression is similar for all dogs.ĮXAM AND DOCTOR CONSULT We believe it is very important to begin the management and treatment process with a physical exam and doctor consultation. Leash aggression is best understood as a combination of a few basic types of aggression: territorial and protective aggression, resource-guarding aggression (the "resource" being the leash holder) and, in some cases, fearful aggression. Some of these pets behave aggressively only in this situation, and some behave aggressively in other situations as well. Some dogs behave aggressively towards other dogs or people when they are on a leash. 11/10/2023 0 Comments Mail merge sample data![]() Take a moment to peruse the documentation, where you can find basic Word document processing options along with features like mail merge, merge and split documents, find and replace text in the Word document, protect the Word documents, and most importantly PDF and Image conversions with code examples. There is one scene in Katy Perry’s 2012 tour documentary that should be cemented in pop music history: After receiving word (via text message!) from her then-husband Russel Brand that he would be filing for divorce, Perry is visibly distraught she’s in the midst of her “California Dreams” tour, and she has a show that evening. The mayhem fans witness at shows by modern-day hardcore heroes like Turnstile and Knocked Loose owes a great debt of gratitude to the wild precedent set decades ago by acts like Bad Brains. ![]() ruled the stage like a man possessed, surrounded by a sea of stage divers - only occasionally slowing things down for the band’s more reggae-tinged tunes. ![]() There’s nothing fancy about this concert film, but the fact that it captures one of the greatest live bands playing one of the most legendary venues of all time results in a magnificent document of the ‘80s hardcore scene. As recorded by these cameras, complied by these editors, we witness the artist’s struggles, as well as their triumphs… all captured for posterity, the ephemeral preserved for generations to come. But also, many of these films are iconic because they take rock stars, our modern-day gods, and make them feel simultaneously human and immortal. Many of these films are iconic not just because of the artists involved, but because of what they have to say about the moment in time during which they were filmed. It was an important rule, because what becomes apparent about this genre is how much context plays a role in these stories - context which usually only comes with an understanding of what was happening backstage that night, or what was happening in the world at that time. If there’s one word that embodies the challenge any maker of a concert film faces, it’s “capture.” How do you use cameras and sound and editing to not just depict live performance, but deliver its raw energy to an audience in such a way that even decades later, its power is palpable? It’s a difficult task, for sure, but it’s not impossible - as the 25 movies on this list prove, assembled as the iconic Stop Making Sense begins its upcoming theatrical re-release.īecause the line between “music documentary” and “concert film” can be a little blurry, we came up with one rule for this list: While we weren’t watching these titles with stopwatches in hand, we did require that approximately 50% of the film needed to consist of the artist performing for a live audience. 11/10/2023 0 Comments Microwave toaster oven combo![]() 【Convenience Features】 One-touch popcorn, speedy cooking, multistage cooking, clock and kitchen timer, mute function 【Easy Operation】 Equipped with bright, large LED digital display, easy-to-turn knobs and touch control panel 【Stylish Appearance】 Classic black stainless steel finishes with easy to clean stainless steel interior Large Capacity】 Can fit a whole roasted chicken, 12-inch pizza and 8*4-inch casserole 【Healthy Air Fry】 Enjoy your wholesome fried food with original taste but less fat with healthy air fry 【Multifuntional Microwave】One microwave with multi-functions of microwave, air fry, convection, grill/combi., low tempurature cooking can fulfill more usages. This led to the birth of the predominantly African American Knights of Peter Claver in Alabama on Nov. In many places, this was done to prevent black members from being accepted. Petitioners have asked the council to "commit to engaging in an internal process of healing and reconciliation with its racist legacy."Īlthough the first African American member joined the Knights of Columbus in the 1890s, members were known to follow the method of "blackballing" - where any single member could oppose or end a candidacy. Petitioners called on the organization to acknowledge its racist past when it "did not admit African Americans during the era of Jim Crow." They also pointed out that "no person of color currently serves as a Supreme Officer of the organization." We call on you, as the Supreme Chaplain of the Knights of Columbus, to acknowledge the deep hurt your organization has caused," it said. The petition said that Lori has allowed the Knights "to be co-opted in the service of self-aggrandizement and injustice. Positron decay is like a mirror image of beta decay. Fitting core-level edges, either in electron-capture spectroscopy or in x-ray absorption spectroscopy, by a single resonance thus leads to an underestimation of the core hole lifetime.ChemTeam: Writing Positron and Electron Capture Equations Writing Positron Decay and Electron Capture Equations Alpha Decay & Beta Decay Neutron Emission and Capture Gamma Decay Proton Emission and Capture Spontaneous Fission Radioactivity MenuĪ Brief Tutorial About Writing Nuclear Symbols ![]() The multiplet broadening and Auger shake-up of the main core-level edges do, however, change the apparent linewidth and accompanying lifetime of these edges. As the end point of the spectrum is affected most by the neutrino mass, these additional states do not directly influence the statistics for determining the neutrino mass. The additional structures due to Auger decay are, although clearly visible, relatively weak compared to the single core hole states and are incidentally far away from the end-point region of the spectrum. Multiplets crucially change the appearance of the resonances on a Rydberg energy scale. Many-body Coulomb interactions lead to the formation of multiplets and to additional peaks corresponding to multiple core holes created via Auger decay. The electronic relaxation after an electron-capture event due to the modified nuclear potential leads to a mixing of different edges, but, due to conservation of angular momentum of each scattered electron, no additional structures emerge. We find that relativistic interactions beyond the Dirac equation lead to only minor shifts of the spectral peaks. Our comparison to experimental electron-capture data critically tests the accuracy of these theories. We use theoretical methods developed and extensively used for the calculation of core level spectroscopy on correlated electron materials. Our current level of theory includes all intra-atomic decay channels and many-body interactions on a basis of fully relativistic bound orbitals. ![]() Here we present an ab initio calculation of the electron-capture spectrum of Ho 163, i.e., the Ho 163 decay rate as a function of the energy distribution between the Dy 163 daughter atom and the neutrino. The determination of the electron neutrino mass by electron capture in Ho 163 relies on a precise understanding of the deexcitation of a core hole after an electron-capture event. |
